Ellen has the best donkey mum ever, Eve - she is soooo kind and sweet, and her previous foal was just the same, who is now living in Far North Queensland! We are expecting nothing less of this little girl too. She will be weaned in mid July 2026, halter trained over the next two weeks, ready to leave our farm at the end of July for her furever home.
If you already have donkeys, and would like Sadie to join your herd - we would be happy to take a deposit and make her yours. We would then provide you with videos and photos of her when we are working with her herd, or near her paddock to keep you in the loop of her development. When she is weaned, you will get daily photos and videos of her halter training progress.
Ellen has already been trained to work with our farrier, so it is just the halter training and float load training she will need now.
Please note:
- Donkeys are herd animals and must be kept in a herd of a minimum of two.
- We will not allow our donkeys to leave farm to be kept as a single donkey.
